Task

Originally the client needed an SEO-optimized page for a “how to guide” within their current website – this was provided. We continue to work with the client, improving and supporting the website.

Problems

The main problem we solved was the SEO of the website. The client had provided a wonderful and structured content for his legal guides pages, and we transformed these into SEO-friendly pages which currently have top 1-5 on key queries and bring the most traffic to the website.

Also, we had to extend website pages by adding branch pages and improving many current pages design.

Solutions

We recommend using Microdata for the page markup (a collection of shared vocabularies in ways that can be understood by the search engines). We also connected the content with internal links to give Google an idea of the structure of the website.

Home Page

We revamped the homepage based on the client’s specific requirements. Instead of using the Slider Revolution plugin, we created a custom banner for the first screen section. We also introduced a clear list of services, client reviews, blog posts, and a team section to give visitors a comprehensive understanding of our services and how we work.

Consultation booking

The client integrated the Calendly service for effortless scheduling, allowing users to book a meeting with just a few clicks.

Set of icons

The client initially had service icons in varying sizes and styles. We provided a custom set of icons, re-drawn from scratch, to ensure a more cohesive and visually appealing design.

Branch offices map

We enhanced the map feature by adding a search box that allows users to find the nearest branch within 5, 10, 30, or 50 miles using a postal code. Users can also click on any pinpoint within the map to view detailed information about each branch office.

Individual Branch Page

Each branch page includes a detailed description, location information, contact details, working hours, commute options, mediator profiles, customer reviews, and a contact form specifically for that branch.

Traffic

Organic Traffic increased from 55% to 80% within a 6-month period from 2021 to 2022.
The client now receives more than 20K users from organic traffic and more than 30K website views monthly.

“The Ultimate Guide to a Financial Consent Order” page is the first in the search result by keyword phrase “guide to a financial consent order” and receives 3,823 impressions for users and 170 clicks of organic traffic from Google daily.

“The Ultimate Guide to Financial Settlement on Divorce” page is the first in the search result by keyword phrase “financial settlement guide on divorce” and receives 4,015 impressions for users and 144 clicks of organic traffic from Google daily.

“The Ultimate Guide to Financial Disclosure” page is the first and shows as a rich snippet in the search result by keyword phrase “financial disclosure on divorce” and receives 611 impressions for users and 52 clicks of organic traffic from Google daily.

“The Ultimate Guide to Completing C100 Form” page is the first in the search result by keyword phrase “completing a C100 form” and receives 2,051 impressions for users and 47 clicks of organic traffic from Google daily.

“The Ultimate Guide to Child Arrangement Order” page is the first in the search result by keyword phrase “guide to child arrangement order” and receives 1,633 impressions for users and 47 clicks of organic traffic from Google daily.

Google Tests

Pages successfully passed all tests and are fully responsive and they are eligible for rich results.
